Spoke of in three persons,
Our sovereign God above.
His revelation’s certain.
He is much more than love.
The Father of creation,
He only makes what’s good,
And by His exaltation
Creation’s understood.
His Son He took our place,
Our punishment endured,
Amazing saving grace,
Through Him we are secured.
His Spirit leads us here,
And by His Holy Word,
Produces Godly fear,
The love of God conferred.
There is no other God.
He drank our cursed cup.
So awesome is our God.
He takes three persons up.
